Price is high. Hotel rooms could use a bit of updating.

Incredible location in center of Edgartown. Rooms are being renovated - and A/C being updated. Our room was older but very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and so helpful. Parking ease is a huge advantage.
Bathrooms in non-renovated rooms are very 70s-ish, but ok overall. It is an historic building, and you could hear creaking footsteps from floor above - but that's part of the ambiance we suppose!

The property is walkable to everything - shops, restaurants, Chappy Bridge. Definitely would stay again.
The pool wasn't opened yet as it was the weekend before Memorial Day but that was fine.

Big and comfortable room, excellent house keeping, cookies and milk in the afternoon, muffins and coffee in the morning, and, of course, LOCATION!
I would have liked a room on an upper floor with a better view. Our view was towards the backyard of a company that rents portable toilets. But we did not spend much time in the room anyway. That's why it did not bother us very much.

The sliding door was noisy all night. It needs WD40 or a replacement!! No elevator makes it rough with heavy luggage.
